Running out of toilet paper is more annoying then running out of kleenex? I don't know about that... then again I guess you could just use TP instead of kleenex.

if you run out of TP your options are:
1. take shower
2. use hand
3. deal with it
if you run out of kleenex your options are:
1. use hand/finger etc...
2. use shirt
3. deal with it

The most annoying thing for me is when I am in a hurry or generally just don't want to waste the next hour of my life waiting in line and some old man wants to play the lottery. Normally not that big of a deal but for some reason once you hit 70 auto pick just won't do. So for the next 20 minutes he plays his grandkid's birthdays and provides a bit of info on each one of them, just in case the cashier was interested.
