OT- Dylan Larkin lone Red Wing in NHL All-Star Game

Submitted by Candor for Sale on

Not sure if completely OT, but added that just to be safe. Congratulations to the former Wolverine who is tearing it up as a rookie in the NHL this season!

Also, it appears he is the first Red Wings rookie to make the all-star team since one Steve Yzerman. Here's hoping he wears the winged wheel his entire career!

Nashville still thinks they had a rivalry with the Red Wings. They kind of just picked a team during their expansion year. They are to Detroit as Illinois is to Michigan.

I have no idea why Scott is going other than it's the fans trolling Betman. I think he only has 1 point this year and is definately a goon. I think the voters must have double tipped the shine.  On top of that I think he is going as a captain. disgraceful IMO.

I was so pumped when the Wings drafted him. I figured he'd take some time to develop like all their prospects and spend a couple years in Grand Rapids. It's truly amazing to see how easily he's made the jump to the highest level. What he's done this season has been beyond impressive. I don't think I'm alone here when I say that there have been games this year where he's looked like the best player on the ice.
