Rex Ryan seems to like his Michigan Men. Maybe Donovan can learn some things from Revis and become a solid NFL player down the line.

AFC East has so many Michigan players now. Then again, which conference doesn't?

What exactly does he have to learn? He was a shutdown corner in the Big 10. Yes, he had the worst combine possible but he's a stellar player.

He may end up having a very limited/insignificant future in the NFL, but if that's the case, it's not because of his field intelligence; it's because of his athleticism.

FWIW, I still up-banged you because I like your optimism. I'm just bitter we won't have him this season..

Here's another tweet from @DonovanWarren today:

I'm humbled by my experiences... and look forward to the challenges ahead of me. And with that being said, Let's get to it!

Chris Webber used to talk about black voice/white voice, i.e. using a different manner of speech depending on the situation. Looks like Warren can do that. Can you?

No way he made the right decision. What was in his head? To go undrafted is shocking. Minor I can understand because he's been injured so much, but he clearly wasn't ready. I don't know what this says about his relationship with the team or the coaches.

Warren should have stayed in school. Where do these kids get their info? Donovan has talent, but he wasn't exactly doninating the Big Ten. Oh well, poor decisions are supposed to have consequences. Hope he lands somewhere, and hope other young players are paying attention.

Do you get off on having numerous accounts and upvoting your lame posts? Totally a dick question but most of your content, not saying mine isn't, is lame and doesn't contribute jack. Sorry, the jig is up.

If he makes the team, the Jets seem like a pretty good place for him. The Jets are loaded at CB though. Any chance he moves to S as a pro?

On the other hand, I just looked and the Jets only had 4 picks, and only one was used on a defensive player. That seems like a pretty good situation for an undrafted guy to walk into.

ok, maybe warren didnt make the best decisions about declaring for the draft, but maybe hes using his head and thinking that any contract an undrafted player signs if they make a team after training camp will all be around the same length and monetary value. I'm assuming they are 1-2 year contracts, in which case spending a year or two learning from revis, cromartie, and leonhard is nothing but a good thing. its obvious that he isn't skilled enough to be a starter as a rookie on any team or else he would have been drafted, but the potential is there if he is willing to leave his ego at home and soak up the knowledge these guys have. then if he feels like his skills have increased, sign a short term contract with a team that needs a cb, dominate there, and then when that contract is up watch the money come rolling in

How can you be with a team when you just went undrafted? Does he mean he has a tryout or could they have promised him something already?

Why are people on here vilified for bad grammar and most probably never went to UofM but Warren has the grammar of a bum on the street and it's fine? If football doesn't work out for him I know of a great corner in the D that he can call home.
