he wont see the field for a while seeing they have kyle wilson, darrelle revis and antonio cromartie. should have stayed another year and sad to see such a talent seem to be wasted

thats a very good possibility but they still have leonard and pool, who i think is very underrated, at safety. regardless he wont be seeing the field unless an injury happens. i really wish he would have stayed another year because he could have been a very good draft prospect in 2011 (and would have helped us win games to ha)

Yeah, but teams aren't looking for starters in the rookie free agent pool. They're looking for backups/special teamers. So having three starter-level corners would be a problem if he were going to stay at corner because that means he'd be fighting for one of maybe two remaining roster spots. Having two starter-level safeties leaves quite a bit of room.

i agree with you are saying but totally disagreed with his decision to skip his senior year. was my favorite player on the team for the last few seasons and thought that he had the skill to play in the nfl. the one benefit of going to the jets is that there will not be lack of competition at the DB position and he will learn from some of the best. good luck to you DWarren.

Listen here: The twitters and texting are no place for grammar. It's the language of the streets. Certainly there has to be some understanding of that. I mean, so many here are such, you know, absolutely stunning literary wizards. LOLZ

It sucks that D. Warren didn't get drafted, but this appears to be a deep draft. One thing is for sure, he'll make more of an impact for the Jets (or whoever actually signs him) than Tim Tebow will make for the Broncos.

RR now has the nightmare scenario to point out to decent players who are fringe NFL prospects and are thinking of leaving early. Maybe others will learn from Warren's experience.

The Jets will be the team on HBO's Hard Knocks this summer. They always like to follow those rookies battling to make the team. I hope we don't see the Turk knocking on his door at 5a.m. asking for Donovan's playbook.

THIS!!!! I totally forgot about the Jets being on hard knocks and i can see Warren as one of the many who they follow around throughout camp. edit: don't know why it didn't work but this is a response to jerseyblue

I get it he left early and shouldn’t have, but lets not forget that he played a lot of good ball for us. How are people going to bad mouth a 5 star and 3 year starter for us. Tisk tisk MGoBlog Best of luck DW.
