OT: Does anybody know what the story is on Modano?

Has Mike Modano come close to a decision yet on if he's going to be a Wing NHL Network hasn't been saying much about it lately.

Can you make a useful topic for once? I'm sorry but all your topics are either rants about the Red Wings during the playoffs, most of which are ill-informed and wrong, or trying to look cool in a Red Robin.  We will know Modano's decision when he signs, or doesn't sign, a contract until then it is all speculation.

This ends my mini-rant about your rants.

He was recently quoted saying that he was going to wait until August 5 (when he starts skating) to make a decision.

And (for what it's worth) I think this is an acceptable OT post.

I heard on sports raido on the way into work today that Modano will wait at least another month before making his decision. I don't have an article to back that up.
