OT: Dillon Baxter out
USC Running Back (and almost wolverine) Dillon Baxter is out because of potential contact with an agent. This may be a reoccuring USC running back problem. Here is the link to the full article:

I'm glad that Michigan doesn't seem to have this going on in football. I have no problem losing a few recruiting battles if it means keeping our dignity.

If that turns out true, USC is kind of sort of already on probation. Or does it not count if they catch him immediately and bench him?

USC self-reported the infraction and also filed an official request with the NCAA for Baxter's reinstatement. As part of the request, USC put a nominal value on the golf cart ride that Baxter would have to repay, likely to a charity, USC vice president for athletic compliance David Roberts said.
I'd be curious to know how they determined the monetary value of a golf cart ride.
