Must be a slow news day. I only posted it because the closeups are extremely helpful if you're ever attacked by this deer (which despite many references to antlers, seems to lack antlers in the grainy video footage). I also like granny's description of the "devil deer".

I hate deer. There's a stretch of road that I travel everyday for work that has at least 2 fresh roadkills every week. I swear they are only here to wreck cars and frazzle nerves.
I hit one on that stretch with my old truck a few weeks after I got it. Fortunately the head lined up perfectly with the bumper and it only left a minor dent in the fake chrome.

That "police footage" can't
That "police footage" can't be of the same deer. It definitely doesn't have antlers. Sounds like the news station tried to pull a fast one.
I heard that Pryor is going to wear Devil and Deer on his eye black to the Rose Bowl. He thinks the deer is getting too much negative press for what the police even said was a misunderstanding. He was quoted as saying "I know what happened with him and, I mean, I don’t want to talk much. I’m just going to be very short and sweet with it, but I just feel he made his mistake and I think he just needs more support.”
That was Pryor’s first part of the statement, but the second part was a little more interesting to say the least.
“Not every buck is the perfect deer in the world,” he said. “I mean every deer kills people, murders deer, steals from you, steals from me, whatever. I think that people and deer both need second chances.”
