OT - The Detroit Lions Practice Too Much
It's actually really ironic. There was an article a few days ago about how careful Jim Schwartz was to not break the too physical and over practicing rules.
How many scholarships are they going to lose?
...the Lions. It's also the Ravens and the Jags. All the teams were penalized OTA sessions.
you are just Lion around anayway.
Who would want to lay around in a catatonic state?
too fur with this; we should stick to the mane topic. Tangents cause too much of a paws in the dialogue.
swallow my pride.
I'm glad they owned up to the mistake instead of lion.
I expect them to land on their feet.
right meow
Safari for that.
I call
David Brandon can't take the blame for everything...sorry, he's already being awesome for Michigan.
The wrong paper broke this story.
Why didn't the freep run an exposee before this all was uncovered by the league? Why didn't the freep grossly overexaagerate the intensity of the practices? This is just more proof that the freep has a vendetta aganist Michigan. We were basically jaywalking, and our hometown newspaper called us out on it publicly and gave us a major traffic violation.
Freep says: Rodriguez evil, contagious. Other coaches must take precautions if in the vacinity of Rod.
This anti-freep obsession is starting to go a little too far and many on here sound like nutjob fans. Let's move on and win some games.
Go Lions too I'll always believe.
An obsession would be if the subject came up non-tangentially. I think it's a fair jab in this OT post.
So now RR advises the Lions inbetween the times he is dumping millions of gallons of oil into the Gulf of Mexico and passing out vuvuzelas to everyone in South Africa?
(I know that might sound funny to some), this is great news. Fontes worked the players apparently too hard, Mariucci too soft, and Marinelli was the most overpromoted head coach of all time. Schwartz is like the porridge that's juuuuust right. He's the perfect blend of knowing what he wants and getting his players to buy into him while getting their respect.
Last years draft was phenominal, this years has the promise of being the same. I just have confidence in this guy. Can't wait for Saturdays and Sundays this year!!!!
... I ask why did the league intervene on this, but not anything during the 9 years of Matt Millen being here?
A lack of family values.
Good news for Justin Boren though. Now he knows to avoid at all costs going to the Lions, Jags, or Ravens.
