OT: Dee Hart Officially Enrolled for Spring at Bama

Submitted by Swazi on

Finally puts an end to his saga.  See you in 2012, Dee.  That is, unless you become a Saban oversigning victim.

Good bye and good riddance. Don't let the door hit you where the good Lord split you. I will enjoy beating Bama that much more in 2012. Hate to say it but I think he will regret his decision down the road.

and all the he does.  I hope he is successful except for that big game down in Dallas next year.  No need to hate the kid he went with his buddy after we had CC issues can't blame him.

Give me guys who want to be at Michigan and understand that it is a special place.  Alabama?  Nice football factory.  If that is all you want, go for it, Dee.

Even if Rodriguez was here Dee Hart would not have stayed.  I think even when he committed to Michigan he was always thinking about Alabama.  He goes where his friends are and being social is important to him.  He ended up being better friends with HaHa then Ricardo Miller at the end of the day.  Just that simple to me.

Zettel was going to Penn State even if Rodriguez stayed as well.  He fell in love with PSU's defensive coaching staff (probably Tom Bradley in particular) and PSU does develop defensive lineman well.  I think there is virtually no chance we get him back and I don't think the coaching staff is even trying.

Crawford loved RR.  He was the only recruit who has really fled because of the coaching change.  Jury is out on Fisher...

Dee, zettel, cooper, goudis, lucien, frost, crawford and maybe jerrigan would be here if RR was still coach... Michigan threw away a top 10 recruiting class to make sure the michigan man way returned..  I don't blame top recruits when they dont come to michigan. Look at these comments from some of you its sad how quick people turn on a player many of you were loving hart now he's not even a good player wtf!!! I hope hoke turns everything around because i will hate to see how he gets treated by his michigan family if he struggles turning this program around because now its the michigan man way.

Funny, Hart and Zettel didn't even wait till Rich was gone to declare they were going elsewhere. And Goudis said he was only committing because he thought Harbaugh was going to be the coach. They weren't ALL coming. Maybe not even most.

I have to agree with M-Wolv - Cooper and Jerrigan were not coming to michigan if we were playing a 3-3-5, and Frost picked auburn because he probably decided at the last minute he wanted to stay at home.  I mean I think it speaks volumes when a guy commits, the school doesn't have a spot for him, and he STILL WAITS TO GET IN.  You think if RR stayed this guy was coming to Michigan?  I highly doubt it.  Sometimes kids just want their parents to see them play.  For Frost that would have been hard being at Michigan.  I will give you Lucien as we would have recruited him as a wide receiver and he would have come.  I still don't understand him being offered as a DB.  I must be missing something obvious.

What people fail to understand is Hoke just has to win 8-9 games ever year.  As long as he does that (with an occasional 10 winner here and there) he will be viewed as a superstar.  His hurdle is a lot lower than Rich.  That is what being a "Michigan Man" buys you - instant credibility and tons of time.

I hope he does well, can't hate on the kid. He made the best decision for himself and thats all that really matters. I prefer to love the players we have and not hate on the ones that left/didn't get.

I def have no problem with a kid choosing another school besides Michigan, I just get annoyed with the whole process of a kid committing early and saying how much they love the school and want to play in a certain type of offense and then turn around and do the opposite. I was 18 once too I don't remember waffling that much.

alabama has two players left playing in the NFL playoffs. 1)anthony madison and 2)charlie peprah. mmmmmmmmmm those players get me all hot and bothered. If i was in highschool i would love to play for alabama and have a crappy nfl career. Oh and that school called Michigan, yep, people who stay will be champions. We have 6 (todd collins, charles woodson, david harris, lamarr woodley, braylon edwards, larry foote)
