OT: Crazy names in CFB
So I figured many people on here are just waiting out the "rain" delay so to pass the time I thought you might get a chuckle out of this quick video. I know there is a fascination on MGoBlog with some of the more creative names some football recruits have and I stumbled across this video today and thought this board would get a kick out of it.
I laughed espeically hard at the last guy!

Crap. First time attempt to embed a video file and apparently not a success. I followed the directions on the MGoBoard FAQ but apparently I am bad at directions.

A little help with the acutal embed?

I can't recall precisely where I saw the list, but FAU has a linebacker named Yourhighness Morgan, and one of Boston College's wide receivers is Spiffy Evans. Of course, there is always Cincinnati QB Munchie Legaux...

Bowling Green has BooBoo Gates, plus they had a player a few years ago named Ali Alaboody. Cincinnati has Munchie Legaux.

Went to LaSalle Academy in NYC... as did your boy Ron Artest (at least part time.)
His son (also named God Shammgod) is around 18... not sure if he's a senior now or not, but he was supposedly pretty solid himself.

Don't forget Duany Duany from Wisconsin in the early 2000s

I remember those teams from the mid 90's. Jahidi White had the longest last name on the floor. (Boubacar Aw, Victor Page, Cheikh Dia, Shernard Long). That was back when it was fun to hate John Thompson.

The hilariousness is compounded the more BYU people you know.

That Dan Smith from BYU... That is a jacked up name!

He can't be from BYU though.
If he were, his name would be Hiram Smith

I've met Keegan and he hails from Detroit. Great guy, hilarious in person. His first listed acting production on IMDB was "Get the Hell out of Hamtown", a movie about Hamtramck. Also, the next movie, Garage, was made by a bunch of guys in Detroit, my uncle played a part in it. I don't think the other guy has any ties to Detroit, though.

Cory's not such a bad name.
Oh. You said last name. Never mind. (I suspect that his family, once his surname became a homophobic slur, started pronouncing the name other than phonetically.)

Northern Michigan's Bryce Cockburn (1999-2003). It was pronounced coburn, but that wasn't how the student section pronounced it every time NMU came to Yost. Every shift he had on the ice we were chanting "cock-burn" continuously until his shift ended and he was back on the bench.

Even though not college football, the best name ever in sports has to be Chief Kickingstallionsims, the 7'1" Center from Alabama State... who apparently was born in 2004.

Another contender: 2007 DT recruit Evan Points At Him.
