There are stronger measures available than that. Plus I learned something new about the law today. Thanks Section 1!

Maybe Mike Leach has room for an entry-level assistant coach. There are all sorts of great jobs he could do, like cleaning storage sheds, managing helicopter parents, or keeping women of ill repute away from players.

Did they just add the part of the sentence in bold?
It's not out of the ordinary for former political candidates to try and raise money after a failed campaign, but a staunch conservative asking for a bailout from his donors seems a bit hypocritical, no?
no, was always there
I get Deadspin updates in my email, and I sometimes read them quickly without thinking they will be subjects of discussion. I'm also a sucker for Craig James and political stories. There was no way I was going to post a thread on this (I saw 11W did one, too).
But I got in on it later, only after I saw people freaking out about Craig James really going bankrupt (which I doubt very much).
I honestly didn't recall seeing that line in my first glance at the story.

As just about every campaign has debt, and after the candidate drops out, he/she will generally fundraise to try to retire it.
I wonder what he will do next, I highly doubt he will be welcome back at ESPN.
I went here to see who would give money to someone who allegedly killed 5 hookers but was disappointed. The people that donated $320,170 to a man who allegedly killed 5 hookers aren't listed.
