OT: Confess your unpopular opinions
A couple days ago a hashtag made the rounds on twitter that implored users to share opinions they have that aren't the most popular. We've had some quality confession threads in these parts before:
http://mgoblog.com/mgoboard/ot-creepy-stories-featuring-story-turned-short
(That one about songs you like but are embarrased about that I can't find)
so let's hear it. What do you believe despite knowing that it's not a popular opinion? Team related or otherwise (yes, many people will want to retain Borges. Be creative).
I'll go first: I really enjoy a good black bean burger and frequently order them rather than beef burgers.

What is that number?

Agreed.

Oh really? Because if it were not for him and our defense, we would have lost even more games.

are no place for a Vulcan. Come back tomorrow.
December 11th, 2013 at 2:24 PM ^
My comment is simple logic.
December 11th, 2013 at 6:46 PM ^
And if the defense was better, we would have won more games, what's your point?
December 11th, 2013 at 2:38 PM ^
but I have to say that I agree with you 100%.

Without him we would have been 5-7. Guy has done a bang up job coaching up the D composed of mainly 3/4 star recruits. He has a tough time with the spread, but so does everybody else (see Iron Bowl 2014). I think with him at the helm, we could easily be a dominant defense in 2015.

Sorry, but when I hear IU, PSU, MSU, I don't think speed. He did an ok job this year (IMO), that's it.
December 11th, 2013 at 6:43 PM ^
I could not agree with this more.

The Big Lebowski sucks. "Alternative" music sucks. Rap sucks. Chick-fil-A is underrated.
Mark Dantonio is becoming oddly likeable.
The Hangover isn't funny. Neither is Bridesmaids.
December 11th, 2013 at 1:27 PM ^
Woooooaaahhhh. Big Lebowski sucks? Yikes.
December 11th, 2013 at 1:36 PM ^
I wouldn't go as far as to say it sucks but I too was underwhelmed. With all the praise the movie gets I was expecting more. Maybe I was shooting too high. It had it's funny parts but when it was over I was left kind of scratching my head thinking, "That was it?"
December 11th, 2013 at 1:51 PM ^
It's the little things that you don't see at first that make it so great.
"You mean coitus"?
December 11th, 2013 at 2:22 PM ^
You're likely right. There are movies I've come to like a lot after giving it a second watch.
December 11th, 2013 at 4:33 PM ^
I hated it the first time I saw it. The next 236 times were all great.
December 11th, 2013 at 1:53 PM ^
The Big Lebowski sucks? You're just trying to see how far you can go before Brian bans you, aren't you?
December 11th, 2013 at 1:58 PM ^
December 11th, 2013 at 6:51 PM ^
First sentence may be going a little far, but the second I absolutely agree with.
December 11th, 2013 at 2:10 PM ^
Wanna go listen to 2-Chainz and watch Malibu's Most Wanted?

Totally agree about The Hangover. Maybe I expected too much due to the hype, but it was like they were trying too hard to be funny, and it simply didn't work.
Also, Adam Sandler movies are not at all funny to me. I tried to like them, but I had to shut a few of them off. I just couldn't sit there any longer.

"Manball" has to be the dumbest f&^*king Michigan meme on the internet
December 11th, 2013 at 1:38 PM ^
Holy shit, thank you. There is no such thing as manball! And the idea that it does exist really hinders discussion of the offense.
December 11th, 2013 at 7:49 PM ^
My testicles say your argument is invalid.

At least Michigan Man means something. Manball seems to be an offensive line that regresses every year.

Literally nothing he's ever done has been funny. He's the only thing NOT funny about the SNL cowbell skit. I would be very very happy if he would stop getting work.
December 11th, 2013 at 1:27 PM ^
I have never seen Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, or Harry Potter and I don't intend to.

I don't go to lots of movies, but yeah, never saw titanic.

The big ice cube did it. Hope I didn't ruin it for you.
December 11th, 2013 at 4:36 PM ^
I refused to watch it out of spite, and considering I was 13 when it came out and it had boob, that's a strong statement.
December 11th, 2013 at 6:37 PM ^
You get to see tits though.
December 11th, 2013 at 1:39 PM ^
that's not an opinion.
December 11th, 2013 at 1:47 PM ^
Harry Potter I get, but why on the other two? Also how have you avoided Star Wars for this long? These things don't make sense to me. Now I imagine that the only expression you make is the one Dave Brandon is making in your avatar. These are my thoughts.

I like everything that is popular, so I am unable to answer.
December 11th, 2013 at 1:40 PM ^
So popular to whom? Do you dislike everything that is unpopular? If every thing popular to at least one person, does that mean you like everything?
