OT - Cissoko Assaults Jail Employees

Submitted by gater on

Cissoko is accused of assaulting a sergeant and two officers at the county jail on Hogback Road in Pittsfield Township at 8:26 a.m. on July 31, records show....

Court records don't indicate he has been arraigned on the latest charges.

If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison on each felony count.

I can't believe how far he's fallen.  I still hope the best for him.  Hopefully he can get out, get back into a school and play some ball.  He had some skill but never really got to use it.

What in the hell is going on?!  It's like a really, really bad movie with each utterly depressing development.

To the OP, I wouldn't hold my breath with regards to seeing him on a football field...unless he's in a movie with The Rock or Adam Sandler.

How does one go from a full ride to one of the best schools in the country to sitting in an Ad Seg unit inside a county jail?  That must have been one messed up childhood.

Apparently, he actually had a good upbringing. I've heard (not from any sources everyone else doesn't have access to) that he was praying five times a day before leaving for college, and this downturn has been a serious, serious shock to his family, which thought they had raised a model young citizen.

We all hope he can figure things out, but as far as he has fallen he will most likely never play football again.  He has some other serious mental issues he needs to figure out

unfortunate generally refers to when something bad happens out of your control.  In this case, it is clearly poor choices that have led to all of this.

With that being sad, I wish him the best of luck and will pray that he takes a step back to refocus and correct his life and future decisions.

I think Cissoko's fall from grace has been way harder than Winston's, and much more confusing.  But, if Glenn assaults an officer of the law, I will just shake my head and again wonder what in the hell would cause someone to continue to dig their own grave.

eh, I disagree. For instance, a lot of people in the here have shown support for Maurice Clarett and his life rehabilitation. One reason why people may have a hard time here with State and these types of stories is because many local reporters highlight our problems while shying away from the similar the problems that State has had. So, in a nutshell our problem with State is the double standard that many reporters have shown.

There goes Boo Boo chances of getting out early for "good behavior". All kidding aside though, at this point it seems like Boo Boo may never get on the right track. I hope I'm wrong because I hate to see any young man throw his life away. My prayers are with you Boo Boo, just stay down and try to do the right thing.

I hope that a psychiatric evaluation finds something.  If it doesn't, I would be far more concerned at such an utter lack of understanding of how to blend into civilization.  Boo-boo is definitely showing signs that he just doesn't "get it."

As for Michigan fans and Clarett, I made fun of him quite a bit, but I remember posting that I hope he takes advantage of the chance he has right now.  Also, I'm pretty sure I wasn't the only person who were supportive and hopeful that he can make it "back" into society.  I can understand a Buckeye thinking that way, though.  The main difference I have seen between Michigan and OSU fans is that Michigan fans "hate" OSU like one would "hate" a professional wrestling villian or a character in a movie, while OSU fans really, actually hate Michigan fans and all things related to Michigan in real life.

The best example of this is that Michigan fans never vandalize OSU cars when they come to Ann Arbor, but OSU fans vandalize a lot of Michigan cars when they go to Columbus.  Basically, OSU fans spend a lot more time and energy on Michigan  than Michigan fans do on OSU.

Dude, no one even mentioned Clarett, except for Not a Blue Fan, who mentioned that he hoped Cissoko could get his life back together, in a way that Clarett is currently attempting to do.

This thread has absolutely nothing to do with Ohio State or Maurice Clarett.  Jeez Louise, man, not everything has to be a diatribe on the evils of MSU and/or OSU.

The world will never be cured of all it's problems because man is inherantly evil. The Bible is the Word of God, it's there so that it can be spread and that more people can have a hope of leaving this life for a better one, it doesn't just make the world a better place just by being there.
