Oregon used Tight Ends under Kelly and even developed them as receiving options. I think Devin will be just fine.

Jedd took a risk and it didn't quite work out for him, but his reputation is still fine. He will land on his feet.

We lose even more players now to UCLA outside of Pro-style QBs and TEs since Kelly doesn't use those 2 positions in his offense.

We already struggled to beat out UCLA for croots under Mora, only gets harder now.

I have some concerns that his main innovation has been caught up to in the college game, but at least UCLA is going big and trying to make a splash. Plus with Devon Modster(recruited to Arizona) and DTR, he has a couple of really good QB's for his system that are going to be on campus. This is going to get interesting.

Especially one where UM had a ton of talent and injuries, Fisch was not that good. I don’t know why people think he is so great. UM had plenty od bad games under him with a more experienced roster.

poor QB play was the issue...play calling seemed very good under Jedd as on most plays there was something open but our QB would often miss it or throw it late/high, etc. I'd be curious what he could do with Peters but it sounds like I won't get to see it.

Who is going to hire Drevno as a head coach? He was a candidate for one job last year because our offense was good. Kinda like Nussemeier back in the day at Alabama.

You don’t get a head coaching job when you’re offense regresses and is ranked 100th in the nation.

Throwing out all the other variables, why in the world would either one of them want to come to UM right now rather than stay at UCLA. Kelley is going to be on fire there for at least a couple years and he’s going to get a ton of talent right out of his backyard.
