Weis is set to get paid $4.6 Million during the 2015 college football season, which might land him in the top-10 highest paid college football coaches for the year while he sits at home eating cheeseburgers from his couch.

What is hilarious, is that Notre Dame will have paid him nearly $19 Million dollars after firing him.

Not only is he a total fucking genius for negotiating payment of $30 million to NOT coach 3 FBS teams, but as Shrute points out, Jabba the Weis is also a fashion genius for targeting the morbidly obese in this country with a new twist on pants and slacks.

Fashion Week in NY and LA will never be the same again once Weis hits the circuit.  Move over, Tommy Hilfiger.  Jabba Jeans and Slacks a comin'

I don't know about the other schools but Notre Dame was a dumbass all on their own when they gave him that huge extension when he was just a few games into his first season. I remember I couldn't wait until that completely blew up in Notre Dame's face and he didn't disappoint.

ND was epic stupid more so than Weiss was a genius in that situation.

Since it is unpopular day...

I would honestly support the hiring of Charlie on the administrative side along the lines of what TJ Wheist does.  For all this flaws at fielding a balanced college offense and clock managment, you can't deny his skills.  He made Brady Quinn and Jimmy Clausen look like viable pro options to the point people drafted them and churned some NFL WRs as well.  Mid to high six figures a year as Passing Game Quality Control Guy.

In all seriousness, he will probably do either color commentary or studio work.  If he could put his pride away, he may be a heck of a OC, especially since he does have a schematic advantage still.

If I had worked out a scheme to get paid for at least temporarily blighting football programs, I probably would get out of the business around 60 or so (I believe he's approaching that age) because you hopefully have invested smartly and there's no need to inflict further damage on other programs.

I could see him eventually doing some color commentary though, in all seriousness. His take on the game - if not his ability to coach it - could be potentially interesting at points.

He shouldve stayed in the nfl. I mean, outside of the one year in Kansas city, he was pretty much done coaching in 2004, but people kept giving him jobs anyways.

Maybe he'll be a part of that Biggest Loser show like Scott Mitchell. But honestly, hopefully he actually can get get himself in better shape now. The stress and long hours of coaching football aren't great for cardiovascular health.
