OT - Charity for HS FB players

A friend of mine recently started a charitable organization, with the goal of acquiring donations of shoes, cleats, and athletic apparel from professional athletes and colleges to give to high school players who cannot afford them.  Last year he was the freshman coach of the high school we attended, and this year he will be a line coach for the varsity.  I am posting this to see if any of you have any connections with former UM players (or players from other colleges) who are now playing in the pros who may be willing to participate in this good cause or to see if anyone has connections with the UM athletic department.  Note: not all of the shoes to be donated will go to players of this high school.
