For some reason today, anytime I try to watch video on the espn.com site, I get "Content is not viewable in your area". Same goes for espn3. Anyone else seeing this? I am in Seattle on a normal public wireless line so that should absolutely be within the "viewable area". I am stumped.
OT(?) Can't view video on Espn
have paid to host ESPN3. if you know that you've gotten ESPN3 in the past, it's likely bc ESPN got SLAMMED during the SA/Tri match. there'll be feeds of Uruguay/France in the soccer thread.
I suspected it was a bandwidth issue. This is something that just started happening and I have definitely been able to access it before via my Comcast account.
i'm right there with you...though i'm pretty sure for different reasons. Every time i bring up a video anywhere i get "This site is blocked by the net administrator, who also hates the world cup, freedom, and ice cream sundaes." bastard
For anyone else running into this, I just talked to ESPN support and they said it is a known issue that they will have resolved by 1:30 CT
