OT: Call for Recruit Videos

Submitted by DoubleMs on

MGoBoarders,

I am undertaking a bit of a project, and I need some assistance in the preparation.

To start with, I need assistance in building a fairly wide-ranging digital collection of videos of players at an assortment of positions and talent levels from high school, preferably players recruited in the 2007, 2008 or 2009 season. Recruits from any school at any level (FBS, FCS, DII) are fine, and I may use the videos to point out non-recruited players as well.

I am looking for high-quality videos of 10-15+ plays of at least 10 players each from the following positions:

QB
RB
WR
OT
OG/C
TE
DE
DT
LB
CB
S
K/P

Preferably, videos will preferably be traceable back to a high school roster, so that I can collect statistical data from the school on the player.

In the following days, I will be putting up a description of my project on the blog in my signature. Stay tuned.

Thank you all!

combination with info from Mgoblog and the lesser known sites like Rivals, Scout, Espn etc should be all you need.

If you need any help with google stalking, just ask Brian Cook, ain't nobody better at finding videos of 17 year olds...wow that did not come out right....

If anyone has any specific quality-video-set suggestions, that would be more than welcome. I have done a lot of browsing through Youtube and Google Video, and have found a couple of high schools with great production that I was able to pull about 10 videos from collectively which I will parse through, but I need a significantly larger sample.
