This is a fair concern on your part as from what I have read at Touch The Banner you are full of shit.
This probably is an infringement on Miller's civil rights - if the right team of lawyers gets wind of this, the Broncos' internal by-laws could very well be poot to the test. Team captain Peyton Manning was quoted as saying "this could really deflatus as a team"
Sounds like the Broncos are running a lot of gassers in their workouts.

I'm sure this will blow over and dissipate fairly quickly.
Does the size of the fine depend on how loud it is or how strong it is? Or a combination of the two? What about SBD's? You can't have a blanket fine, someone could let a little squeek out with no smell versus a guy ripping off a chainsaw with particles that linger in the air for 10 minutes. There's no comparison.
