OT - Brick City, has anyone else watched it?
I rented Brick City from Netflix which basically follows the political infrastructure of Newark, NJ. Now I don't know a lot about Cory Booker outside of this portrayal and a few articles I have read but I came away rather impressed with him. What is anyone elses opinion of both the videos and Booker as a mayor?

Jersey Shore on MTV is much better.
Snooki is the best.

any guy who can use the phrase the situation three times in one sentence has to be up there.

If you're in the mood for more positive Corey Booker stuff, watch Street Fight. It is a documentary on his 2002 mayoral run. It was thoroughly engrossing.

Agreed, but the hero vs. villain contrast between Booker and Sharpe James made the film engrossing; not just Booker himself. James's unapologetic racism and corruption made Booker's optimistic charm and unwillingness to join James on the Low Road all the more admirable.

Added it to the queue for the next batch. Like I said I am not very knowledgable about Booker outside a few things showing him in a very positive light but he is very intriguing as a political figure. Do you think he has much bigger long-term aspirations?

Booker's pretty amazing and a rising star. If he's able to make ANY progress in Newark, he will have performed miracles.

I feared we had another basketball game last night that didn't go very well.
