OT: Bill Snyder told to not wear old windbreakers
Sorry, I'm numb and not thinking nor discussing what I just watched. Here's some funny news, though.
The Big XII has told Kansas State coach Bill Snyder he cannot wear older Bowl Game windbreakers. Likely because some of the bowls are not tied-in with the conference anymore. Many here have noticed and noted him wearig last year's Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl jacket on the sidelines this year. No more, apparently. If I were him, I'd tell them to shove it, "I'm Bill fucking Snyder".

It's more exciting than reading about the latest exciting reason why Michigan football doesn't need to change its punting formation or really, anything about the program.

Thats why it is cool when you reach a certain age. You don't give a f****. Bo at Nebraska seemed to have reached that age earlier than most guys i.e. usually it's near 80 years old.

The reason? The Big 12 no longer has contracts with some of those bowl games anymore, and others have changed names.
I am almost certain other conferences would raise similar objections if coaches did something like this, but I suppose I can't fault Snyder for relishing some of the things he has done with a program that seemed to be almost chronically moribund before he arrived on the scene.
