OT: Bama vs. Texas A&M

Submitted by JimBobTressel on

Not since the 2009 Utah-Bama games has nick saban's team ever faced a deficit this big (currently 20-0 for the Aggies). Anyone watching this?

Good news: 7 year reign of the SEC is likely over.

Bad, really bad, and shitty news: Notre Dame is almost definitely making the national title game now unless USC beats them.

Wow.  What a game for A&M! I wish we had played Alabama later in the year, it seems like they've slowed down throughout the year.  Hopefully someone will make a compilation of all these sad Alabama fans, love seeing those overrated tears flow.

I cannot believe that A&M pulled it off in Tuscaloosa. Upset of the year by far, but made possible by three Bama turnovers.

I think Danielson was talking about Alabama still making it to the SEC title game, but I'm sure he thinks they should be in the NC title game too anyhow.

Does no I e believe in Oregon and KSU? ND doesn't have a conference title game so they have no chance to pass either team if they win out. KSU has a tougher schedule so if they win out they're a lock over ND

Who cares, it was so great to see someone work over that vaunted Alabama defense like that.  So many people here in Austin were acting like the Aggies were going to become an SEC whipping boy, and that leaving the Big 12 was the dumbest thing they could have done.  Well, not so much.

I'll bet Sumlin wins the SEC Coach of the Year, and will be in the running for National Coach of the Year.

Really can't help but point out one thing.  A&M beats Bama today: HOLY CRAP YOU GUYS THIS WILL MASSIVELY AFFECT THE NATIONAL TITLE.  A&M beats Bama two years from now in playoff system: yawn.
