OT - Baby Seal U, women's olympic hockey style

Well, after one period, team USA has a 5-0 lead on China. I'm putting the over/under of total points for the US at 13, as I think they'll go easy on them in the 3rd. Anyone else watching or am I just way more bored than everyone else?

I guess you can say this has caused some monstrous parity issues... Almost any game that is Canada or U.S. v. country X is probably going to have a score kind of like that.

Russia puts up a fight every once in awhile, but by and large, the competition is a bit of a joke.

Anyway, from the almighty wikipedia...

The top six teams in the IIHF Women's World Ranking after the 2008 Women's World Ice Hockey Championships received automatic berths. Teams ranked 13th and below were divided into two groups for a first qualification round in September 2008. The two group winners advanced to the second qualification round, where the teams ranked seventh through twelfth joined them.
