OT -- Arkham Knight
I'm glad its back with Rocksteady, but why is Batman now Iron Man?
Never played... Will not play...
I'm not a big gamer, but the first one especially was the best game I have ever played save maybe Starcraft. Maybe. Second was alsoawesome and so expansive.
Bc i'd rather replay skyrim / Fallout 3/4 until something decent comes out....
/Yeah... I'm a douchebag
I've never been big into 1st or 3rd person games. I am more of a strategy gamer. However, both games have huge modding communitites. Why is it that mods on PCs tend to make games so much better than the original developers? Is it the shear amount of people working on the product? Is it that developing an idea is a huge task but modding it is easier? (I am inclined to believe this. The original conceptualization is a staggering enterprise... and the most profitable.)
My favorite PC game of all time is the original XCOM and I went nuts over the rehash, but I have loved playing the mods on the current game much more so than the official version or updates.
Sorry for making a post with more questions than answers, but I would like some answers from those that are smarter than I.
Looks sick. The first Batman game was revolutionary, though they haven't really changed the core gameplay at all from that point (not that I can really blame them for that). This game looks great, visuals are definitely a step up and that's a major component of a game like that.
"must-post-on-MGoBlog" video, if there ever was one!
worth playing
Dude... The gameplay is freaking awesome... I was never going to buy a PS4 but this has put up a really good arguement for one.
If you combined Top Gun, Twisted Metal, and GTA, you get this game.
If you understand what I'm saying, you'll note that my video game playing has been limited since PS1.
Looking forward to this one. Rocksteady made a couple of great games for the last generation. This is supposedly their last Batman game.
I can't wait for Arkham Knight to be released, I love this series.
On a semi-related noted, I absolutely cannot wait for Last of Us remastered to come out on Tuesday. I didn't play it on the PS3, but I'm going to play the shit out of it now on the PS4.
a shit ton of enjoyment from this game.
Or do you mean a shit load?
I sure wish I had paid better attention in that college-level ass metrics class...
I hope it's really dark like Asylum was.
