Sweep the leg Tigers, don't give the Yankees any life.

Fuggit, fuggit indeed.

Let's get the bats going

Yankees benched both A-Rod and Swisher. Still can't hit elite pitching.
And Berry just got a base hit. This series is so stacked in favor of Detroit. The Yankees are really struggling

Don't have enough points to make

Co host of common man and torq in columbus tweeted he wished Desmond Howard would die so he could watch gameday again, and is now suspended. Kirk Herbstreit complained and got him suspended. This guy is a total homer, and it is shocking it took this long for him to get suspended. After all this is just football, what a classless asshole.

Read a couple threads below.
October 16th, 2012 at 8:25 PM ^
This is one of many reasons why there is a limit. You don't need to travel around the board like a fucking neckbeard posting this in every thread.
October 16th, 2012 at 8:30 PM ^
Thought the story just broke. Just trying to be helpful.
October 16th, 2012 at 10:03 PM ^
I really hope so. If not, chill out they just missed it.
October 16th, 2012 at 10:08 PM ^
Posting the same exact thing in multiple threads is extremely obnoxious.
He posted the same thing in three different threads in a span of about 5 minutes. The topic was still on the board. If someone doesn't tell him off, he'll continue to do it.
October 16th, 2012 at 10:12 PM ^
Didn't realize that.
This is when the old voting system would be beneficial.

"Yankees go in order against Verlander in the 1st. It wasn't a total loss, A-Rod got 2 phone numbers from the bench"
October 16th, 2012 at 8:34 PM ^
So, is the strategy now to save Alex Rodriguez for when the Yankees need a clutch groundout?
Also, nice catch, other Alex!
October 16th, 2012 at 8:32 PM ^
Avila flashing some leather! I see you workin son!
October 16th, 2012 at 8:32 PM ^
didnt want prince to come over on that popout
October 16th, 2012 at 8:35 PM ^
Nice to join you all for another Tigers ALCS game 3.
A-Rod gets benched and immediately starts looking for tail.
A little chit, a little chat, some of this, some of that, it started with a strike-out, now they're rounding third base headed for the sweet sweet nectar of home.
It's all in the game of love.
October 16th, 2012 at 9:07 PM ^
That's the exact same name and image I have for my fantasy football team right now. Eat em up Tigers!
October 16th, 2012 at 8:50 PM ^
JV looks untouchable so far.
October 16th, 2012 at 8:51 PM ^
33 pitches through 3 innings. The Tigers bullpen may as well start drinking now.
October 16th, 2012 at 8:56 PM ^
Josh Beckett agrees.
October 16th, 2012 at 9:08 PM ^
Never know. Valverde might pitch better when he's hammered.
October 16th, 2012 at 8:56 PM ^
Cabrera has had some great swings already. He might finally put one out today.
October 16th, 2012 at 8:58 PM ^
This is a good problem for a team to have, when they sort of tiptoe around Miguel Cabrera and have to pitch to Prince Fielder. As a Tigers fan, I could get used to that.
October 16th, 2012 at 9:00 PM ^
How many guys have we stranded tonight?
October 16th, 2012 at 9:06 PM ^
3 or 4? We have been making very good contact though. I think we will put some runs up today.
October 16th, 2012 at 9:02 PM ^
That might have been the first time all year that Prince swung at a 3-0 pitch.
October 16th, 2012 at 9:05 PM ^
That 3-0 pitch is your best chance of driving in those runs. Prince hi it hard Hughes got lucky
October 16th, 2012 at 9:11 PM ^
Completely agree....I've always wished baseball players were a little freer-swinging on 3-0. In this case Prince knows he's either going to get a meatball or a dirtball and nothing in between.
October 16th, 2012 at 9:04 PM ^
Verlander has brought his A game tonight and the offense seems like it's just about ready to ignite. I think it's only a matter of time before this one gets out of hand.
October 16th, 2012 at 9:09 PM ^
How bad is it that if Verlander gives up a hit during a start I'm disappointed?
October 16th, 2012 at 9:11 PM ^
Sounds like a good thing to me.
October 16th, 2012 at 9:46 PM ^
I think about a perfecto every time he pitches. I get texts from ESPN with Tigers scores every 3 innings. If JV's pitching and the opposition has 0 runs, I always assume he's got one going ha. He's on fire tonight.
October 16th, 2012 at 9:10 PM ^
Miggy was hustlin!!
October 16th, 2012 at 9:16 PM ^
Here we go!!
October 16th, 2012 at 9:16 PM ^
DELMON! 1-0 TIGERS!
October 16th, 2012 at 9:17 PM ^
Delmon Young, saving it for the postseason like always. lmao
October 16th, 2012 at 9:17 PM ^
?!?!?!!?!!?!!!!!
October 16th, 2012 at 9:17 PM ^
Hang em' and bang em'!
October 16th, 2012 at 9:18 PM ^
Seriously, does he only play in October?
October 16th, 2012 at 9:19 PM ^
Piggy!
October 16th, 2012 at 9:21 PM ^
At the rate that the Yankees have generally be apt to score in this series, they may very well tie it up in the 14th inning....oh, wait...
October 16th, 2012 at 9:22 PM ^
Hughes pulled for some kind of injury, unfortunate but you've got to take advantage of these kinds of situations.
October 16th, 2012 at 9:24 PM ^
Hope Hughes is okay, didn't mean to send any bad juju his way with my prediction of him being out by the 6th..
