OT: Advertising on MGoBlog

Since I talk about MGoBlog way too much at work, my boss has asked me to look into advertising on the site. I have the cost and demographic info in hand but I was hoping to get some feedback from anyone out there that has already advertised (or currently is advertising). How has it gone for you? What has worked best? I know it depends on the product or service (our service happens to be LASIK) but any feedback is much, much appreciated. Personally, if my company chooses to advertise, I'll feel so much better about not clicking on that "Beveled Guilt" button as often as I should!

You should ask osufoyysdf.co.cc how their ad campaign went and be sure to ask for some web advertising pointers.

From what I remember hearing, if you are serious about advertising than you should send an email to TomVH as I think he handles advertising for this site. You should be able to find his email on his diary posts (or somewhere else, not sure), but I think it is [email protected].
