is this offtopic?  Lewan makes everyone p!ss their pants.

I'm more surprised ND will wear white after Labor day.  Big fashion no-no.

Probably should have put an ND there somewhere. Also never been a fan of completely leaving out your school colors (one of the biggest problems I have with Oregon's uniforms). There should be some blue in there somewhere.

When I think ND, I think blue and gold. I see this uniform, and I think South Florida or Baylor

The Baylor Shamrocks.  Playing in Texas.

Oh well.  It's Notre Dame.  Who really effing cares?

[Edit. - "Who cares?" sounds like criticism of the OP.  And that's not what I mean.  We should sort of care, because however adidas ruins Notre Dame's brand is a bellwether for Michigan.  Or it could be.  Never, ever underestimate the pull of adidas' "template" concepts.]

I love these. I'm all about adding alternate unis. But don't touch our helmet design. I loved the matte ones we wore but that should be the extent of our helmet changes.

it looks very plain to me, which I understand is attractive to the ND (and our) fanbase, but alternative uniforms should be interesting (or draw on the past, which this could do) and this is very vanilla.

I understand the commentary vis a vis "alt unis should be more interesting than that" but in certain situations less is more. Ithink this is one of those situations.Sure, it's not the Maryland Oregon set, but its a pretty big departure from what ND has traditionally worn.

These get a thumbs up from me.

They should get jerseys with the Boondock Saints prayer stitched on it somewhere. Or have each brother's face on either side of the helmet.

I disagree. I thought our UTL uniforms were better than these. The stripes on the shoulders weren't too bad (actually kinda cool when looked at from above) and the M on the front was pretty awesome. These ND jerseys aren't bad at all, but I feel like the helmet shamrock is unnecessary and the shoulder shamrock is meh. But better than our white alternates for sure.

if they wore these to play in a november out door game, so that they would look totally grass stained and mudded up at the end. would make for some cool before and afters.

Not a fan of the helmet shamrock, but the uniform itself is OK.  Those gleaming whilte jerseys will pick up a lot of grass stains, though.   What?  JerryWorld's grass doesn't stain?   I stand corrected.

those look pretty sweet to me. the all white seems to work and the gold nubering is a great move, IMO.

the helmets are cool and the shamrock I could take it ot leave it, but they pull it off alright.

The only think they messed up was the shamrock on the shoulder. That should be a GREEN shamrock with that shiny/aluminum texture to off set the helmets and the numbers.

I wouldn't mind if we wore out home UTL 1 uni's for this game and this game only. Nothing new, the exact same one (with better rip-proof technology).

Every other game just stick to our usual uniforms.

to model new uni's.  They always look good on the WR's and RB's........Just wait until the big boys and their dunlops wear them.  That is a true test of an all white uni

If our band had any guts, er, sense of humor, they would stand up and play the Chicken Dance when ND takes the field for UTL II.
