OT: 6-8-12 Tigers vs Reds

Would be just like this season for him to go 5 for 8 w/ bunch RBIs finally, just in time to head to DL...

From the Reds V Tigers game. I snagged a foul ball and had a great seat behind the visitors dugout. I love games like this one, i was at a game last year where Votto hit a three run shot, in the bottom of the ninth, to win it. I am going to the sunday night game too. Go Reds!!!

Talk about a team that consistently doesn't make winning baseball plays when they matter.  This National League stretch is key.  IMO if they don't come out of it .500 or better in overall record, it's time to strongly consider selling off parts by the July 31 deadline.

Get ready for an offseason like the 08-09 offseason where there will be a greater emphasis on finding defensive players. (Laird, Everett, Inge to third base)  Then you'll see a rebound next season like in 09.  Trying to hide 4 DH's in the field hasn't worked.

In defense of our pitching, so many balls that get hit are not getting fielded (highest percentage in baseball), that they can't feel comfortable. It has to eat at them mentally and distract them.
