Federer is super classy, but he had some issues.  I think it was a language gap.  Some people were sick of his honesty.  Roger's rep is top notch.  I remember this year against DelPo, there was a challenge in which DelPo actually said to Fed, if you think you had a shot, lets replay the point.  the chair was ready to give Del Po the point.  It was interesting that his fellow players have such a high regard for him.

I think Novak is seeing that and his repsect factor has gotten better.

Well, poor Fed stands no chance in the significant-other department. I think Rafa is right there with Djokovic, though.

I was watching a Fed-Nadal match a couple of years ago with a tennis-ignorant female friend, and when they flashed Mirka on screen, she yelled out, "Oh, come on! That's ridiculous!"

Are you serious? Djokovic is the total package. He has a great personality, tremendous respect for the game his opponents, fans, and is a straight up baller. Addresses the crowd in the native language of the country hosting the tournaments during his post game speeches. What else are you looking for? What is\was so great about Nadal, Federer, Samprass, or McEnroe?
