She's posted several pretty "amazing" food-eating accomplishments on her YT channel -- you can check that out here:

This latest eating accomplishment resulted in a cool $22K (before taxes, of course). You can call it gluttony, or call it disgusting...but I call it making it rain.

July 4, Nathan's...she seems like she is the best bet to challenge Joey Chestnut in years. Seriously.

Schuyler recently devoured a 12-pound sandwich with a one-pound side of french fries in 54 minutes -- and then came back a day later to polish off a 72-ounce steak in 2 minutes, 44 seconds.

The only thing I can really say is that this would be about a week or so of eating for me. Damn. I wonder what the specific strategy is - I have heard that the participants in the Nathan's contest will drink warm water or something like that. I am usually amazed by eating feats like this.

I once ran into 98-pound competitive eating champ Sonya Thomas, the Black Widow, at a bar in lower Manhattan after work. She was in town for the Nathan's contest, where she would go on to set the American record for both sexes at the time. We engaged in some semi-professional drinking, at which she was just as talented, until I had to quit. Her boyfriend showed up and told me that her secret was, she $hat like a goose. I took his word for it.

It's counterintuitive: you'd think a big person would do well because they have what we might think of as big appetites.  But they have layers of fat and muscle which prevent the stomach from really expanding like it needs to in an eating contest.  So a skinny person has an advantage in this type of event.  Also not having a gag reflex (or very little of one) would help.
