One kid had a sweet catch and slammed his head pretty hard on the ground. And then ESPN continued to film the kid as he went to the bench to get away from people and compose himself. I felt bad for the guy. Haven't seen Peters or the 365 pound people mover yet
after seeing The Opening, Live from Beaverton, on the cable guide. I think I actually get that channel.
Live from Beaverton? While that is technically correct, just say Portland, ESPN. Beaverton is a rich but lame suburb, but for TV purposes we'll allow you to say Portland.

portland: where young people go to retire
Ha ha I wish I could retire young. Unfortunately, the real estate cost in Portland will prevent that from happening. The dream of the 90s is indeed alive here though.

sounds like a porno on channel 1496
Do they actually scrimmage? Or is it just a bunch of drills?
This is the most boring 7 on 7 ive watched in a while. Dilfer sounds like a douche.

There was a Rashan Gary interview and he said he lost one rep today, hoping to win them all tmw. He also said that he is in the process of cutting his list down to 5 and did not mention any schools by name. FWIW...

He said OSU and Michigan are tied as far as the big ten goes in an interview 2 days ago.

What he says in interviews changes a lot whether it's which schools he likes or which schools he's visiting (as highlighted in the recruiting post today).
Those who know him know it's Michigan and Auburn with us out front, as of right now.

Idk. I know what you're saying, but if you watched the interview I wouldn't feel that confident.

He pretty much sounded like the only reason he's visiting auburn is because of teammates that are.

What are you talking about?
Scout has an interview of him online from the opening

There's more comments in this thread on the phone app than the website is showing.
They're talking about some Rashan Gary interview
Oh ok, thanks a lot.
can't be good considering word was his osu visit was bad...kid looks like an SEC guy
What is an "SEC guy"?
Someone who is too fast to play in any other conference.
From that interview on scout. It seems like everyone is family both at michigan and osu.
Definitely didn't give me any warm fuzzies.
Thought the coach patridge connection would have a stronger effect. Unless he's really trying to give out no information during an interview. But if that's the case, why even give the interview?
Pretty boring after a while. I've started watching 7 Days in Hell on HBO. Pretty funny so far.
The writeup on it sounds funny. And I love me some lonelyisland. Sounds like a good match.
I don't think it's a series. I'm pretty sure it's a hour special. It's good especially if you like Lonley Island. Plus it has Jon Snow in it.
Upshaw killin it!

I'll pass on watching a bunch of high school kids run around in shorts.
If they were wearing jorts would you watch?
Frito would
Maybe. "Urban wears Jorts" gameday sign idea.
Rural folk just don't understand.

Most of those "kids" will be 19 before they graduate and a handful will be 20 before college football.
Most of them also live with mommy and daddy.
There's just as many (if not more) 17 yr olds as there are 20 years olds.

Agreed. I HATED when Hoke would call Jake Ryan a "kid."
Jake Ryan is a man.
I prefer the term "young men". It's factually accurate whole also underscoring the fact that they aren't really grown ass men (ie financially independent, in the real world etc). Also underscores the whole "developing boys into men" & character building that most college men's sports should be about.
