That ricardo lewis guy playing receiver for black has the goofiest stride I've seen in skill player. I'm really surprised he's this highly rated and going to auburn.  It looked like he was trying to climb some stairs and kept missing the step up.

Solely watching Bolden on these last two series.  Impressive.  He has good footwork and keep his head on a swivel.   I really like his awareness and I've noticed that twice he directed the other backer on what route to cover.  This kids knows football and I am damned excited about seeing him in the winged helmet.

Ironically I gave up tickets to this game to one of my junior troops this afternoon.  Maybe I should have went......nah.....south St. Pete sucks.

Can someone give me a link for the Army American Bowl NUMERICAL roster? Or at least give me the jersey numbers of the Michigan commits?

I would like to know so I know which players to watch.

I've been watching Bolden pretty much exclusively, and I have to say I'm quite impressed with his ability to recognize.  On the pass plays where he has a man to cover out of the backfield, he's all over them as well.

I always feel LBs are always hard to scout during HS games, because O and D lines are such a mess, and I feel good LBs can get lost in the chaos.  With top talent on the field here, I think Bolden is showing his skills very well.  His instincts are excellent, and he looks VERY comfortable in coverage.  Often you'll see backers simply go to their zone because that's where they're supposed to be.  Bolden gets depth, finds his man, and passes the receiver off to the next defender (again, good instincts and good communication).

The only minus I've seen is that, since he "plays with his head on fire," he gets a tad overzealous and, like we saw a couple times, he missed a tackle.  I think that's a trait often seen in high school players because sometimes you gotta make the play yourself due to lack of talent.  With our coaches...kid's gonna be good.

But we knew that already.

Did you just hear the announcer say that one of the players isn't going to have to worry about cutting his fingernails since his arms will drag on the ground as he walks to class? I know he's talking about wingspan but c'mon. That's cutting it close.

Gotta that ESPN lists height as needs work for Poole...yeah start putting yourself in some sort of medieval torture device and get on that.
