One more try on the SAOF news.

I know some of you might flip out about another thread on this, but I'm convinced that this may be a whole heck of a lot bigger than we are imagining right now. I'd really like some of you 1st quartile guys to either run with my thoughts, or put me back in my 4th quartile place.... The problem is not the fact that they used the SAOF to pay for an auto repair, in and of itself. What seems ridiculously far fetched is that Archie would ok a payment to Auto Direct in April..April! I don't see that being a smart play by compliance unless they were up against it with the loaner situation. I mean Archie had just fallen all over himself saying that he had never spoken to Auto Direct about anything, only to have Kniffen refute that by, oh about 100 calls! Maybe I'm crazy, but no way in heck would Archie ok a payment above the usual $500 limit, to Auto Direct no less, in the prevailing climate, unless he was in "oh crap" mode about the phantom auto repairs that are the supposedly legit reason for the slew of tricked out loaner cars cruising around the athletic department..Dollars to doughnuts he knew they needed an invoice.

I've watched last years games at least twice this week. I'm starting to get the shakes. I actually enjoyed watching Damefan try to spell on MgoBlog. Unless we get a Hello post soon the MGoBoard will have back to back to back There Are... entries.

Good riddance people, who cares about the threads? Seriously. It's not like there's some great material on the board right now, if someone wants to discuss something at least tangentially related to what is ostensibly the purpose of the site, why not let them. You're all acting like a bunch of butt hurt losers.

Im still wondering if the so called Police reports TP, Posey, and others filed about Missing /stolen cleats were part of the larger overall SCAM...take the items..trade them for cash and tats then  file police reports to make it look good...How many other police reports were filed for the other missing gear? if none WHY? why this time only? Did insurance cover the missing stolen stuff from OSU?  No way in Hell AD dept doesnt know about police reports filed for stuff stolen from THEIR buildings..Was this how it went down...Players take gear. AD dept looks the other way, players turn that into cash?? whats a few grand to the OSU cash cow...add that to the apparent Slush funds for Cars and repairs etc etc..how many other little money making schemes are out their around campus available ONLY to Football palyers and or their families ( ie special Car deals)..

 

The NCAA is under the microscope right now..If all this other stuff goes unnoticed or  not investigated and it gets swept under the carpet to protect OSU and Gene Smith then the NCAA as we know it is OVER
