Old Brady Hoke post: I love the irony here
http://mgoblog.com/diaries/brady-hoke-thinks-toledo-will-do-great-again…
Searching for an old diary of mine and I ran into this doozy. Funny

Thanks a lot. That made me feel bad.

wasn't your first Michigan game you ever attended...
February 2nd, 2011 at 4:44 PM ^
OUCH!
February 2nd, 2011 at 4:46 PM ^
Yikes. It was not the first game I ever attended, thankfully.

Yeah, that would have been terrible. That would be almost as bad as buying your first season tickets for the 2007 season...
Reading that article made me feel sad.

The first game my mother attended was the HORROR. The second game my mother attended was Toledo.
Needless to say, I am going to forcefully keep her as far away from Michigan Stadium as possible.

....attended was the Horror. My son (now 9) was so traumatized he resists going back!

I took my Dad to The Horror and then to "make up" for The Horrow i took him to Toledo. Those are the only two games he has ever been to and will ever be too.

That was almost my first ever attended game too, had to sell my tickets last minute. Glad I waited until the home opener this season...I feel for you man.

"...something tells me R2 won't be calling off the dogs if Michigan is pounding the rockets. Just sayin..."
That is an unfortunate comment.

"brady hoke also thought he could coach michigan"
February 2nd, 2011 at 5:44 PM ^
Michigan definitely "pounded the rocket" that game.
February 2nd, 2011 at 4:47 PM ^
Seems to me Toledo did hang with us.......
February 2nd, 2011 at 4:56 PM ^
Thank you, Captain Obvious. That was kind of the point of the post.
February 2nd, 2011 at 5:31 PM ^
So, maybe Hoke knew more than we thought he did back in 2008????
February 2nd, 2011 at 7:44 PM ^
I think Hoke might have noticed that the idiot pulling the strings was taking snaps away from a painfully average transfer quarterback and giving them to a painfully below average walk-on from Saline...

I negged this comment:
"brady hoke also thought he could coach michigan"
February 2nd, 2011 at 6:08 PM ^
That's lame. It's a 2 1/2 year old post. Let it go.
February 2nd, 2011 at 5:02 PM ^
My, my, how times have changed, no?
February 2nd, 2011 at 5:52 PM ^
This is ironic on so many levels
February 2nd, 2011 at 7:30 PM ^
I count three levels, but I'm not confident in my math.
February 2nd, 2011 at 7:39 PM ^
That was the first home game I missed and didn't even get to watch live in almost a decade... I don't think I even watched the highlights that night.

I don't think I even watched the highlights that night.
You didn't miss anything. :(

It's an interesting coincidence, but where is the irony?
