Ohio legislators seek to assert college athletes are not employees
Only in Ohio. You would think they would have more important issues to deal with.
College athletes in Ohio would not be considered employees under state law, under changes to the state’s budget review made by a legislative committee on Monday.

So what happens if Ohio passes this, and other states don't? Ohio would be totally screwed in recruiting if athletes' rights change the way they inevitably seem to be changing.
I guess if you can't beat them on the field, you must make fun of their court system. Man you guys are drowning and clutching for anything to feel good up there eh? Especially after watching that division 2 scrimmage Saturday, I don't blame you guys.
