The hashtag was about recruiting with Coombs. Dawson's twitter handle did not show up in Vrabels original post. It is only there in the retweet by Dawson. I do not see how this is a violation at all.

This guy has to be the laziest recruiter in football. The folks down here are going bats about flipping commits from PSU, Wisky, Sparty, and, now, Michigan. I keep tell them that if he offers enough kids committed to other schools, he's bound to get a few to flip. Is there any way to track how many committed kids this guy's offered? Didn't he do something similar at Florida? Also, what is he telling these kids to get them to commit despite other scheduled visits? Per the Dispatch, Donovan Munger "reluctantly" committed this week after trying to cancel his visit:
"Oh they came to bury Michigan, but Michigan wasn't dead."

Who cares if he "reluctantly" committed because he wanted to visit elsewhere? Nobody held a gun to his head, I'm assuming. Unless Terrelle Pryor was there. If he wants to go there, he'll sign his NLI and fax it to them. If he doesn't, then he'll fax his NLI elsewhere.
