the just released schedules were a flat-out statement that the B10 doesn't believe SOS will matter in playoff selection
I don't get "this love's for gentlemen only". Help?
Edit: it's talking about love for Denard or Michigan in general?
Like me some Phoenix. "Song" of the season picked for me; nicely done blog proprietor. I knew I should know that line but it definitely didn't ring right while just "reading" it; thanks for the heads up.
First time hearing the song. Not too bad on the first listen.

That may be where it's from but it could also be a reference to the demographics of the site. Besides me and a few other lunatics, most people here seem to be well-written men.
so I'm sure it does have several meanings. I feel like the tagline is always a private joke for him, even if the origin is easy enough to find.
Go Blue!
The song title is Lisztomania. It's not rocket science.
and I still didn't get the tag line.
Full-on Decatur Clan. Whatever happens, GO BLUE!
that tag line would go really well with the MGoNudeGuy banner from years past...
That banner almost got me in trouble at work.

Because I for sure thought that title meant the football team got a new banner and they weren't going to use the "go blue m club supports you" this season. Crisis adverted but just to be safe, you all better stay off my lawn.
That is exactly what I understood when I first read it. I'm guessing you all are talking about the top of the website, which I like. My heart skipped a few beats, thinking that the Athletic Department would institute some sort of "hip" banner.

That was my initial reaction to the thread title, also. Then I was all like, "OOOOH, BLOG banner, is new that's cool glad it's not the M Club banner that would've sucked you suck dave brandon and your stupid new marketing pizza!!!"

I really like the tag line as well.
I've told girls that I love Denard. They can't begin to comprehend what I mean by that.

When I saw the title, I momentarily thought the "Go Blue, M Club Supports You" Banner had changed.
I got worried.
My thoughts exactly. Though the fonts have changed over the years, I got a little scared at the title...
GO BLUE! MClub supports you.
About time. Looks great. I would like to see a new one every year if possible.
It's the same old story. Boy finds girl, boy loses girl, girl finds boy, boy forgets girl, boy remembers girl, girls dies in a tragic blimp accident over the Orange Bowl on New Year's Day.
It means no more OT threads. It means competition and sacrifice.
Abort, Retry, Fail?
I am using the MGoApp. What does the new banner look like?
Denard kneeling doing his routine TD celebration, but all you can see is his helmet and right shoulder. It also looks like someone had an accident on his right shoulder.
That's no accident. Those are battle scars.
Close mgoapp, open your browser, click on the mgoblog bookmark, look at the screen.
May you never be forgotten. I'm way looking forward to shane. But nobody can do it like you can.
I kind of miss the Hoke pun*, though. And I can never understand the tag line! lol
GO BLUE!!!
*HOKE IS JUST PLAIN AWESOME. That is all.

where's the fucking helmet numbers though?
"There is not a scale available with which I can accurately measure how much I want you to shut the fuck up right now."
I woke up to the new banner as many others undoubtedly will today - I liked it. Very simple and direct. I must say, however, it makes me think about how much I will miss #16 after this year as well, so it has a poignant quality too, but I imagine we would like to see the depicted celebration a fair number of times all the same. Good work!

where are the wallpapers?
Only five days left and I have no wallpaper!
Of course I could make it myself, but that would require effort...

It was time, I was thinking that would be the only banner for my son's lifetime.
Love it. Simple. Uses the most inspiring and dynamic player we've had in years. Denard's pose represents what we all do on the eve of a season: pray to Santa that he delivers us all a 10 win season.

Absolutely love it.

Great banner. Here's to seeing Denard do that. A lot.
I will fight 'til I am dead, a winged helmet on my head.
Thanks for the shout out Six Zero. Fine job on the design. I remember this play. This was vs. SDSU and Denard ran right at me.
Here is the play if anybody cares.

I have already forgotten what the old banner looked like.
Homer? Who is Homer? My name is Wolverine Incognito.
Took me a few seconds to regonize what, out of the corner of my eye, was "different". I dig it. It's simple and subtle; which are underestimated attributes. Nicely done.
