OH LB Ferns rumors [MOD ED]
[ED:BISB - There are rumors on the interweb that Ferns is leaning toward Michigan, and rumors that he may be making a choice sooner rather than later. Policy around here is to let kids make these announcements for themselves. For now be aware that these rumors exist but are unconfirmed.]
As LB was saying above, I hope they are not stealing the thunder of the poor guy. A person replied the same in the comments section of the story.
Don't get me wrong, I would be really pumped to see Ferns be a part of the 2014 class, but give the kid his due and let him announce his imminent commitment.
With as many false alarms as have occurred in recent weeks, we should all believe in commitments when a kid says "I have committed to Michigan." And that's the only time.
Wait....are you saying that Treadwell and D. Green did NOT commit to UM recently?!? But...but...but...all the UM pay sites pinky swore that they were gonna commit.
No, they totally committed. Just like Javarie Johnson.
Mods deleted it for the same reason that they will delete this one. Let the kid have his moment in the sun.
It would make sense that he would pick Michigan. Michigan is pretty bad ass. Just saying...

You could just be more careful with commitment threads in the future.
It is just a judgement call on the part of the mods. Short of seeing the thread last night before it was pulled, there was not really any way for the OP to know it had been pulled. How many people study the Mod thread before they post?

Not that you were the culprit but I seem to recall a weekend long droolfest over one Laquon Treadwell that has turned into precicely zilch so far. Not that I'm harping on him... as has already been stated, these are kids making life changing decisions. Lets just try to keep some perspective. It was some potentially interesting information about a top prospect that may or may not be true.

Does his weight seem fudged to anyone else? He doesn't look like he weighs 235 to me. I would have guessed 215 or so.
If that's what 6-3 and 235 looks like, then this kid will be 250+ by the time he hits 18 or 19.
