Notre Dame enrollment ads?
Just noticed the "enroll in Notre Dame Management" advertisement at the top of the screen.
This seems really . . . odd, especially here at mgoblog, an all things University of Michigan blog.
What's next? Transfer to OSU ads? Save money and come to MSU ads? NSFW ads? Does mgoblog have any control over this? Do we really need to pony up and pay Brian so we can get rid of this kind of obscenity?
It's just . . . strange. I feel down enough after the football season, and with the basketball team looking shaky, and the hockey team weak, seeing an ND ad was a bit too much. Maybe I'm just an old crab, but I hope not to see this again.

I just posted on this in the Site Issues thread, but I'm perfectly content with Notre Dame wasting its money on Mgoblog.
If I had to guess, Brian is using a third party advertiser that scans content. With all of the recent talk about ND's coaching search, the computers determined that this was at least partially a Notre Dame oriented site.

Shouldn't be uttered in the same sentence.
Now excuse me while I sit in the corner and wait for my 1000 mgopoints Brian promised me. Fuck you 15th, when you have no job and Christmas is rolling around mgopoints matter.

but I think the site uses earnreal.com and AdSense and as online ad agencies I'm sure they're finding keywords in board posts and manipulating the ads to match the site content. So yeah, if we don't want to see ads for Notre Dame Business School we shouldn't discuss Notre Dame so much.

Yeah Tacopants beat me to the logical answer so I'll give a recap.
Use the button under "Beveled Guilt" to the upper right. Do it now.

Also, as a pointless aside, I just yesterday got a priority mailing from Notre Dame B school (just took the GMATs recently). I laughed when I realized they spent $4.95 mailing it to me. When they come up $5 short to pay for their new shiny coach's contract, you all can thank me.

I saw an ad for OSU gear. Maybe they think we need rags to wash our cars?

that ND believes the best way to get him to come back for grad school (on-line) is to pay Brian. Works for me.

Google just wants me to gamble and take pictures.
