In six quarters of play in their new conference West Virginia has given up 8.8 yards per play.

It's hard to believe that's even possible. Even Arizona/Stanford today weren't anywhere near that number. And this is an undefeated team, #8 in the country.

Improvement in Neb defense?  Or the fact that the B1G sucks and Ohio played one of the easiest schedules in the B1G for the non-conf, and barely survivied.  But whatever, Neb is a powerhouse now after giving up 27 points to the worst O in the B1G (Wisc)

I've watched every OSU game so far. Their offense is horrid, and their defense isn't that great either. Terrible tacklers and slow. No way they should be ranked #12.

Nebraska got shredded by the only decent offense they played (UCLA) and gave up a bucket of points to a seriously flawed one (Wisconsin). Ohio's offense is really bad.

Urban Meyer's offense tries to sell the punt, giving their punter some pity yards which do not amount to a first down. Nebraska ball with excellent field position.
