Norfleet Status?

Submitted by Blue Crab on
I haven't seen anything final about him since the initial confusion when it was reported that he was kicked off the team then later that he was suspended. Then in Brian's post today re: Keith Washington he states: "Michigan's slot receivers in spring were playing corner and then booted off the team (Norfleet)" Is he gone or suspended (or likely gone)?

he comes back, I really like his attitude and I want to see him be successful. That being said, it wouldn't surprise me if he's not back or even if he is, he might not play.

Norfleet's lack of production to date has been disappointing. Like with the rest of the team, I blame the previous staff.

I'm hoping he's on the team come game 1, not stuck in the doghouse, and can make a big impact in the slot.

Tim Riggins has been solid as well. I think it's been just decent but will get better. Last season felt kinda boring until episode 4 or so and this seems to be following that formula.  If you want to see Vaughn play another bad guy look up a movie called "Clay Pidgeons".  Not well know but it's pretty good. He plays a serial killer. Joiquen Phoenix and Janine Garofalo also star. Kind of a dark comedy/thriller.

Season 2 has been an absolute trainwreck.  Cliched writing, horrible editing, confusing plot (who the fuck is Stan anyway?) and overacting, especially by Vince.

Season 1 was great, up until the anti-climatic final episode.

When I was a lad, the cabin up north we rented always had a collection of old magazines, including True Detective.  The covers almost always depicted a young buxom woman in a tight dress being attacked by a man who looked like he was ready to yank or tear her top off.  Somehow the stories all seemed dull and farfetched but in the 1960s to a prepubescent boy, those magazine covers sure were titallating:
