We'll get this one started -

BTN has Eastern Michigan / Michigan State or Purdue versus Southern Illinois

ESPN is going with Georgia Tech versus Virginia Tech

ESPN2 will be taking on Bowling Green versus Wisconsin

ESPNU will be curing insomia with Iowa and Pitt

ESPNNEWS, supposedly, will carry Western Illinois versus Northwestern

ESPN3 is carrying its normal grab bag - Maryland / Syracuse, Duke / Tulane, Marhsall / Akron and others.

Dantonio has rotated in every QB and has used at least four backs so far. Eastern cannot even fair catch a punt or field a touchback on kickoffs plus it was the first half. I don't consider anything that takes place in the first half to running up the score. MSU will probably score another 24 with second and third stringers because Eastern is just terrible and they can't take a knee for two quarters.

I've never seen a team not get a 1st down in a half.  Dont care who you are playing that's impressive.  I am sure they will get 1-2 in the 2nd half against MSU's 3rd/4th string but it's an impressive display and even MSU's 2nd string would probably hold EMU's 1st string to 0 the entire game.  You have to throw on MSU to loosen up their run defense  and Bolden cannot throw accurrately - cannot believe this was a 4 star type of QB recruit.

Hammering bad teams doesn't win you anything.  Florida put up 655 yards of offense against EMU.  We all know that Florida offense didn't suddenly become elite.  It didn't help Muscramp's job security.  This doesn't change how good MSU is or where they should be ranked one bit.

Georgia's hasn't punted or turned the ball over or punted against Troy.

Loving what Paul Chryst is doing at Pitt.  Same stuff he did at Wisconsin.  Big OL, physical running game, competent QB.

Pitt is closer to being what we want Michigan to be than is Michigan.

Wonder how long until Wisconsin realizes Gary Andersen is a fraud and they bring Chryst home.

And as the pressure builds on Hoke, I wonder how long until Chryst's name is thrown around more among the UM faithful.

Scherzer gets out of a jam, had runners on second and third with only one out, and gets out of it without giving up a run. Going into the top of the fourth, its still 0-0

So did Eastern fire Ron English because the team was *overperforming* under him? I cannot see how this level of football ineptitude can be achieved strictly due to ye olde bare cupboard. Somewhere Ron is shouting at the TV: "I told you it wasn't me!"

2 things he could do: 1. Don't say anything about running up the score 2. Don't have an 8 touchdown lead on any team, no matter how bad they are I really don't care if MSU wins by 15 touchdowns, I just find it funny he is doing exactly what he said he wasn't going to do, less than a week after he said he wasn't going to do it

That might have been either the 34th or 35th offensive snap by Iowa this afternoon. I am pleased to see Greg Davis speeding up the game a bit and trying to catch Pitt a little off guard as they have coffee between snaps.
