Less hostile crowd. And my nerves can't take the anticipation and then these crazy games. Let's get it in early and get 4 more hours of rest over OSU...kidding.

I prefer tougher road games at noon because it seems to kill atmosphere and teams usually seem to be "waking up" a bit that early so dont get off to fast starts.

Happy Valley at noon is going to be less of a tizzy as well.

Pretty sure 2006 was a night game...only reason I remember is because I went to the Iowa/IU game in Bloomington with a buddy then drove back to his place in Louusville tin time to catch UM game on his 27" Standard definition tv...

All I can say about that is that it is a very good thing that my son's drum lesson AND my daughter's horse riding lesson should be over by noon, not to mention the fact that both are within a 10 minute drive of the house. I may mutter about noon starts now that I have a family, but sometimes they work out.

The Parlor is a thing of beauty at 9am for games. Not a fan of the bar when it's packed, but getting there as they open the gate to the bar, with dew on the outdoor seats and crusties in the tired waitresses eyes is my absolute favorite way to watch a Mich game other than the Big House. And those breakfast tots. Helped make LA my new home.
