I saw that, although Rutgers being Rutgers, the ensuing offensive pass interference and sack made sure that their inability to actually finish what they begin most of the time is intact. That being said, Iowa is probably going to have to make some quick adjustments on defense because that was a rough first series for them.

And FSU ties it up on their first play with a 75 yard Dalvin Cook run
September 24th, 2016 at 12:16 PM ^
Wisconsin Duff'd it there. Had a free blitzer on Cook on 3rd and 15, whiff the tackle and give up a first down pass

Get the sack man what are you doing. Can't miss a sack like that.

Free run at O'Connor on 3rd and 15 and Wisconsin just whiffs.

O Connor way off besides one pass so far.

Sparty's QB has the accuracy of a T-shirt cannon.

MSU kicker has a dumb celebration.
September 24th, 2016 at 12:19 PM ^
MSU OL looks like garbage, so we've got that going for us, which is nice.
September 24th, 2016 at 12:21 PM ^
If Wiscy refuses to throw the ball they probably aren't going to be competetive. MSU's front 7 will eat the running game alive.

At this point, I have to think Don Brown and Michigan D are salivating over the Wiscy & Sparty offenses. Get any pressure on either QB and it's over.

Mcdowell will be a problem for us along with LJ Scott going off. O connor vs. our corners, our dline vs. their oline, and our wide receivers vs. their corners seem like a big advantage for us.

OL will need to take a huge jump...as we see with Wiscy, you hold your own the MSU D is bad on the back end.

BTN obtained the rights during the off season because no one expected this to be two top 10ish teams. Wisconsin was unranked and expected to lose to LSU and MSU was a big underdog to ND. The media figured this would be a game between 1 loss teams only one of which would be rankes and probably in the high teens to 20's. So all the other matchups were taken and BTN snatched this one up and certainly wasnt letting go when it became a marquee matchup

Great throw by the Wisconsin QB. MSU's secondary has had some holes so far.

go USF!

slow developing play. but turned around with great catch and throw
September 24th, 2016 at 12:24 PM ^
MSU safeties leave the middle quite often....gotta attack right there.
September 24th, 2016 at 12:24 PM ^
Why teams try to attack State horizontally I will never understand.
September 24th, 2016 at 12:29 PM ^
I think it's the manball coaches like Brady Hoke, Ferentz etc. who refuse to play "basketball on grass" in the big ten. If Sparty played in the big 12, they'd get thrown on all day.

FSU was very overrated.

Hornibrook has looked good so far. Need to get pressure on him when we play next week. That shouldn't be an issue for Brown.
MSU's D however has not looked good. They haven't been able to stop Wisky at all minus a bad fumble by a freshman QB.
