A lot of good games, Texas-OU, MSU-Iowa, and many more. Who you got?

If MSU loses, their fans will blame the loss on Burbridge being spotted 1 yard short of the sticks (instead of 1 foot short).

"If you like punting...you've come to right place."

What a game!

OU absolutely demolishing Texas.  Mack Brown is a very successful coach, but it doesn't appear that he can get his kids to play any more.

I find it interesting that both Iowa and MSU have offenses which are centered around the punter. It gives other players a chance to shine that otherwise would not see the field much.

I agree 100%.  But, I think it will be a heck of a lot better here in a few years.  I think there is a lot of young talent in the conference that has yet to see the field.  At least that is my story, and I am going to stick to it.

I've said this a million times, but why not one more.

IMO, Michigan and Ohio will got back to dominating the league. Big 2 and Little 10. There will always be a 3rd team in there...Nebraska, Wisconsin, etc. but if you look back over a 10 year span, starting this season, I think you'll consistently see Michigan and Ohio at the top.

This is a big reason why I HATE Dantonio...more so than any other coach in the country. He benefited from Rich Rod not recruiting the state and Tressel's fall.

With Hoke and Meyer in place, MSU is officially "little brother" again. I know some people don't like that term, and that's fine. But just look at the recruiting in the state the past 2 years, it's not going to get better.

Back to 7-5 to 9-3 for Sparty. Sure they'll have good years, as will Iowa, Purdue and potentially Northwestern. Michigan or Ohio may dip to 3rd or 4th in certain years, but overall...the BIG 2 are back.

Honestly, just look at the Big10 recruiting rankings and you have your explanation for why the conference is doing so poorly.  Almost half the conference struggles just to pull in a class with 3 stars across the board.  This is not a recipe for success.  Until that changes, you are going to see Michigan and Ohio dominate with a few other programs making a run every now and again.

I've figured out the MSU passing game: short crossing pattern across the middle set up by a bunch of other crossing patterns.  It is literally the only thing in the pass game that has worked at all this game.

Dantonio gets some Zook points for that punt.  I guess since he's already got all the douche points, he's moving onto another category.

This Purdue/Wisc game is getting me sad.  I thought we had a quality win (for B1G standards) against Purdue, but unless Wisc has regained their form from last season (which I don't think they have), Purdue is just terrible, terrible, terrible.  Damn.

I wonder how much longer RE is going to be in Ypsi. This was supposed to be a year where they finally busted through to respectability in the MAC, but looks like it's going to be a struggle to win even once.

Rutgers is going to remain undefeated. It will be interesting to see how they will be ranked.

is that it doesn't matter how awful they've looked the last few games—they'll play their best game of the season against us next week.
