We all know about the game Saturday at Camp Randall.  But the #24 ranked women's basketball team is playing #5 Louisville in the semifinal of the preseason NIT in Louisville on Thursday night at 7pm.  The winner plays Texas A&M or Oregon on Sunday.

As an aside, my parents, who are not really tuned in to things like deer season admittedly, choose a final weekend of the year to be at the cabin up there and it just so happens that it is this coming weekend, so I expect a lot of calls to the effect of "see, this is the sort of environment that your grandfather was describing when he talked about fighting his way through France in 1944" and so forth.

If you live near Louisville, you will have many chances this week to root for Michigan's non-revenue sports teams:

On Thursday, as OP states, women's basketball at 7:00.

On Friday, the NCAA Field Hockey semifinal against Maryland at 4:45.

On Saturday, the NCAA Cross Country finals--both the men's (#10) and the women's (#8) teams are ranked in the top 10 in the nation.  Women's race at 10:45 am and the men's race after that.

On Sunday, if the Friday game goes well, the NCAA Field Hockey championship at 2:00
