NIT Uniformz
Here are the alternate uniforms Michigan will wear if it makes the postseason (not sure if they'll be worn in BTT): pic.twitter.com/Pakhw03yF0

uniformz, but now they are trying to jinx us with this shit.

Let's not and say we did.

I'm detecting a disctinct lack of Hackett hate. If DB were still around 90% of the comments above would at least have a deraogatory mention, and 50% would blame him for all.
Lots of hate for the uniforms, yet here no one has mentioned the current AD. He's certainly been around long enough to have put a hand in this - to the extent that posters believed Brandon controlled uniforms, they must logically believe Hackett does as well.

But Hackett probably is leaving this up to the team and Beilien.
February 26th, 2015 at 12:01 PM ^
I'm guessing that's what Brandon did as well.

The explanation of the lack of Hackett Hate is quite simple:
Hackett has not spent the majority of his tenure botching coaching searches, gouging fans by raising prices on virtually anything that moves in an atheltic facility, creating PR blunders every two seconds, sending condescending emails to fans and alums, firing long-time dedicated staff, and generally pissing off everyone left, right, and center.

What the hell is with those pants?
Seriously, why are we messing with a good thing?

At least it isn't these awesome things from 2013

Those shorts look like they were designed by these guys:
Used to have SO much Fila gear as an early 90's sports kid.

Has anyone not noticed the DISASTERS that are USF's uniforms?
Louisville has it on one of their shorts and it's awful as well.

It looks so much worse when someone is actually wearing it. That middle Louisville pic looks like the player is wearing red briefs on the outside of his shorts, Quailman-style.

Those are sick, and not in a good way. Damn I miss Nike.
February 26th, 2015 at 10:46 AM ^
You gotta post the actual picture. Some people don't have access to Twitter due to its being blocked at our companies.

They would be worn whether it's NIT or NCAA. I know NCAA is a longshot, but nothing is official yet. I like Postseason Uniforms better!

Not so fast my friend... They haven't shown us the BACK of the jerseys yet! Stay tuned!
February 26th, 2015 at 10:52 AM ^
Do not like.
February 26th, 2015 at 10:54 AM ^
I like the big block M. Hate the two colored shorts. I think it works for some of the schools, but not with our color scheme.
February 26th, 2015 at 10:54 AM ^
Adidas man, wow. Just make the Fab Five unis with an Adidas logo.
February 26th, 2015 at 11:00 AM ^
The jersey seems fine and close enough to normal to work. But damn, those are some ugly shorts. In the louisville pic a few posts up, I thought they were wearing underwear over their shorts.

Do this instead you over-engineering teutonic fools!

I don't like them now, but if we win in them I will like them.
February 26th, 2015 at 11:15 AM ^
Honestly, I kind of like them.

Will know our fate with Adidas by the end of summer. The contract runs out in 2016. If there are any contract extensions that will be signed it will take place this summer according to Nick Baumgardner.....https://twitter.com/nickbaumgardner/status/570971925435932674
Hoping for the return of NIKE
February 26th, 2015 at 11:25 AM ^
If we don't resign with Adidas we will likely have to take less money from Nike or Under Armour. The exclusive negotiation period between us and Adidas ended Jan 1 and neither Nike nor UA have made us an offer according to my sources.

February 26th, 2015 at 12:12 PM ^
I'd imagine the product budget would stay around 2.2M but there is no way Nike or UA gives us 3.8M cash. Nike gives less than half of that to OSU.
February 26th, 2015 at 11:34 AM ^
The design itself isn't that bad. I mean, it's traditional, and semi-old timey looking. There's no random piping. No goofy shapes or side panels or sublimated patterns. Just stripes. The problem (and Nike does this too) is the stock template for everyone. Instead of playing for Michigan or Louisville or UCLA, it looks like everyone is playing for adidas. Which sucks.

Unless you're Adidas. Then it's "synergy."
February 26th, 2015 at 12:05 PM ^
The tops are fine, in my opinion, but the shorts kill it for me. For some reason, I can get into that two-tone on shorts with our particular color scheme. It kind of reminds me of a toned-down but still awkward version of the broad stripes of a 1980s Astros jersey, but considerably less garish, to be fair to these.

I don't care if they wear zebra stripes, as long as we win.

Dumbest line of argument that inevitably gets put out there in every uniform thread.
