Nike "Jumpman" Uniforms
Since Michigan is now officially the 5th Jordan "Jumpman" school joining UNC, Georgetown, Cal and Marquette, I decided to scour the internet to see what those teams' Jumpan uniforms look like. Here are some examples from recent years...

The blue and gold (they're not Michigan, so that's not Maize) AJ IV are very nice.
"Upcoming retro design". . . marketing is funny.
I just wanna see black socks and huaraches. Hope I spelled that right.
I dont like the watermark on the back of the jersey (too busy), but the fronts look good.
If Adidias uses the digital camo look, it's aweful. Nike does it, everybody loves it. This annoys me more than it should.
Yes, even the camo. Even the watermarks. To me, Nike knows how to do these types of things usually, whereas Adidas makes "cool" things look corny.

Those first pair of shoes shown in the Marquette section of the post look pretty cool, not too flashy yet show all the school colors. I have a feeling Nike will make our stuff look super dope though.

They have always been neat jersey I have always liked UNC jerseys.
How does Marquette get the jump man? I can pass cal off as a west coast presence but do not understand Marquette.
Dwyane Wade went there, and I believe he wears Jordans. Not sure if that's the reason, but it's a connection.
So the tradeoff is that our hoops team wont be sporting the "swoosh" for the duration of the contract, since Nike and Jordan are actually distinct brands, and our contract specifically calls for the basketball team to be outfitted with Jordan INSTEAD OF Nike brand uniforms and shoes. So no swooshes on hoops uniforms any time soon.
