Nike "Jumpman" Uniforms
Since Michigan is now officially the 5th Jordan "Jumpman" school joining UNC, Georgetown, Cal and Marquette, I decided to scour the internet to see what those teams' Jumpan uniforms look like. Here are some examples from recent years...

I'd say those uniforms are pretty neat. Hopefully ours will be neat as well. Neat enough to get to the tourney anyway.

Just with the new Nike material and cut that Duke, UK and others have...I hate Duke, but these are so clean and sharp. Those Cazzie's above would look even better (obviously).

At some point, things get changed for no good reason other than somebody thinks that it's time to fuck with them.
I withold judgement on this style, as the jerseys were much looser with deeper neck scoops back then. With a tighter-fitting jersey and tighter neckline, could look good.

As an aside, LaVell Blanchard is high on my list of all-time Michigan basketball favorites. Great player, great kid, bad timing.

The whites look great. The maize uniforms don't look as good.
This was basically word for word my reaction also. Most unis good, big logo uni bad.
So everybody gets so worked up over stripes but having those candy dots running down the side is okay?

one I have an intense dislike for is the Georgetown one, but nothing Georgetown does is ever cool so this not surprising.

I'm opposite, I like Marquette's the least. Especially the camo one.
That camo/tie dye one (whatever it's supposed to be) is awful, reminiscent of the Adidas Zubaz ones we thankfully rejected.
I don't like how UNC was made to wear charcoal gray either. Nike's fetish for introducing non-school colors must not happen here.
I read somewhere that Nike offering the Jumpman to Marquette was part of the company's efforts to appeal to Dwayne Wade by throwing a bone to his alma mater to keep him signed with Nike.
I am surrounded by Marquette alumni in Milwaukee and people do buy the gear. Granted it is a much smaller school in a much smaller region, so the product purchases aren't going to extend much past the local area.
