Nike hooks up top NFL players with Custom Jordan VIIs

Submitted by MazingBlue on

Since we are turning to Jordan brand in football next year, I thought this article was pretty relevant.

This could be pretty huge in the recruiting field, if Jordan cleats start invading the NFL and we are the only NCAA school with his gear.

That Jordan logo is gonna look great on BLACK shoes with WHITE socks.

Gonna be great to see the team back with that combo full-time for the first time since 2002 on Saturday.

on the tongue? Wish they had pics from different angles.

I truly believe the Jumpman will be huge for Michigan on the recruiting trail. What a coup by Harbaugh and Hackett.

The original Air Jordan VIIs had a Jumpman on the ankle, with the ball going toward the point of the uppermost lime green part in the photo. It doesn't appear that the football cleats have that, or anywhere else on the shoe. These are among my favorite Jordans and I hope they're still issuing them to players next year. They'd be pretty sick in maize and blue.

If you think we'll be the only one for that long you're in denial. If this works with us, you know damn well it's going to spread like wildfire.

I used to play basketball in Jordan's, I probably had over 20 pair, and knew a lot about them. They since have ruined all of the classics by painting them up like candy. I hope this move to Michigan can help reignite my love of Js

Michigan wears blue socks at home. White socks for the road. Not sure why anyone would want it any other way unless you're the type of guy to wear black shoes with a brown belt.
